Record the page, approximate time, fixture or event ID, browser, and the exact visible error. Check the public status page and retry once. For OBS issues include the OBS version and whether WebSocket is enabled.

Safety incident
For suspected account compromise, disconnect the affected streaming destination, rotate the provider credential, sign out other sessions and mark the message as urgent.
