Sponsor disclosure · 5 October 2026
Commercial messages must look commercial—not like match facts.
The official policy text is currently maintained in English. Product interfaces remain available in all supported languages.
Visible labelling
Every paid placement must remain clearly labelled “Sponsor”, “Sponsored” or the approved equivalent in the selected language. Sponsor creative must not resemble a match event, system warning, safety message or operator control.
No implied endorsement
A sponsor must not be described as an official league, club, player, broadcaster or MATCHLIVE OS partner unless a written agreement proves that status. The operator is responsible for permissions and for the accuracy of campaign claims and destination links.
Restricted categories
Gambling, alcohol, tobacco or nicotine, weapons, political advertising, high-risk financial products and other age-restricted categories are blocked from ordinary approval until a specialist legal, licensing, targeting and child-safety review has been completed.
Measurement boundaries
Campaign reports may distinguish scheduled and rendered placements. They must not claim a human impression, unique viewer, completion, conversion or platform reach unless the chosen measurement method actually proves it.
Questions and complaints
Advertisers and operators should retain campaign approvals and proof of rights. Questions or complaints can be sent to podcast@matchliveos.com.
