AI policy · 4 October 2026

AI can find the angle. It cannot invent the match.

The official policy text is currently maintained in English. Product interfaces remain available in all supported languages.

Grounded input

AI analysis receives a bounded match context assembled from provider facts and deterministic MATCHLIVE OS calculations. Missing facts stay missing. The system does not ask the model to estimate an unavailable event, player value or score.

Evidence before prose

Provider facts, calculated comparisons and generated copy remain separate in the interface. A draft should be traceable to the evidence shown beside it. If the evidence cannot support a claim, the claim must not be published.

Human editorial control

AI output is a draft. An authenticated operator must approve it before it becomes a broadcast insight. Operators can discard or unpublish it. Automated scene direction responds only to eligible verified events and known match phases.

Security and minimisation

Passwords, stream keys and third-party access tokens are not included in AI prompts. Questions are length-limited, generation is rate-limited, provider credentials remain server-side and failures return a controlled error instead of fabricated content.

Scope

AI does not grant broadcasting rights, replace safeguarding or editorial judgment, make eligibility decisions, or convert mock data into real coverage. Model and provider availability depend on the operator’s private configuration.
